So I've been busy and completely forgot to post the @projectrunway challenge, even though I had two weeks to do it. Here's the concept for a design that conveys power and is inspired by an arial view of New York City.

I didn't want to make it literal and follow thee street pattern so i took inspiration from the color scheme and the buildings.  Originally, I wanted to stack leather pieces on top of each other in various heights but i changed my concept to layering different colors of chiffon.  The overlapped opaque colors would give the unexpected, "dirty" edge to the city while the exaggerated pleated elephant pants are elegant, they demand your attention.
